Nido AI is a hybrid between a personal CRM and a note-taking platform that uses AI technology. By using our Services, you acknowledge:

• Our Services use AI and machine learning technologies to process your data
• The accuracy and completeness of AI-generated content cannot be guaranteed
• You maintain ownership of your content while granting us necessary licenses to provide the Services
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time

While you retain ownership of your content, by submitting content to the Services, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content
• The right to use anonymized insights derived from your usage patterns
• Permission to use your feedback and suggestions without compensation

• OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICES

GIVEN THE BETA NATURE OF THE SERVICES, WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Service interruptions or data loss
• Accuracy of AI-generated content or suggestions
• Security incidents during the beta period
• Compatibility issues with other software or services
• Any business losses or damages resulting from beta use

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
